Each year the Association shall name one male and one female member of that year's graduating class as a recipient of a Senior Service Award to be presented at the Annual Banquet.

At the request of the President of the Association, the faculty of Bellaire High School shall be directed to nominate male and female members of that year's graduating class who have contributed their curricular and extracurricular time and service to Bellaire High School. The ballots shall be submitted to the chairman of the Senior Service Award.

After tabulation of the ballots, the chairperson shall request a resume of each of the ten nominees outlining their school and extracurricular activities during their four  years of high school. The Senior Service Award Committee of the Board will interview each nominee. The committee shall standardize their questioning to insure that all of the nominees are granted an interview based upon the same content. 

Based on the committee's recommendation, the Board of Trustees will choose one male and one female nominee as that year's recipient.
